Refund Policy

At intTechCorporationInc., customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and policies in place to maintain quality and safety, we have outlined the following refund and return terms.

1. No Refund After 3 Days of Delivery


We accept refund or return requests only within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
After this period, all sales are final, and we will be unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

2. No Refund After Opening the Package


To ensure product integrity and customer safety:

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with, even if within the 3-day window.

This applies to all products unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery (see exceptions below).

3. Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Items


Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

The product was received damaged or defective

You notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery

You provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

If your refund request is approved under these terms, we will offer either a replacement or a full/partial refund based on the situation.

4. Return Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.

In approved defect/damage cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs.

5. How to Request a Refund


To initiate a refund or return:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo/video evidence (if applicable).

Wait for our team to review your request and respond with next steps.

6. Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

7. Non-Refundable Items


The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances:

Items returned after 3 days of delivery

Opened or used products

Items not in their original packaging or condition

Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
